YFCU Agri-Conference set to shape NI’s ‘Agri- Culture’ for years to come
The Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster will host its third, bi-annual, Agri-conference on Saturday January 26th, 2019 at the La Mon Hotel & Country Club, Belfast.
Titled ‘Shaping Our Agri-Culture’, the Agri-Conference gives delegates the opportunity to attend workshops, presentations and farm visits to learn and ask questions about the future of agriculture during these uncertain times. Sponsored by Massey Ferguson and The Ulster Farmers’ Union, the Agri-Conference will close with a formal dinner featuring guest speaker Alan Jagoe, Vice Chair of Agri Aware and Past President of Macra Na Feirme and CEJA.
The Agri-Conference will begin with visits to the following three case study farms; John and Billy Martin’s Sheep production agri-business; Roger McCracken’s dairy farm and Neil Patterson’s Seaforde arable and poultry business.
