The Marketing and Event Manager will have overall responsibility for all Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster (YFCU) central events and member competitions, as well as communications and marketing functions, including event management and PR. The Marketing and Events Manager will manage an internal Events staff team, and will establish events, a communications and marketing strategy and implement activity and controls to meet agreed targets, alongside supporting in setting and maintaining standards and delivering efficiencies and innovation. As one of the Senior Management Team, this role provides a key support to the CEO in achieving vision and strategic objectives for the organisation.
