Follow the steps below to book you place
1. Click the form below to book your place
2. Enter your details including your YFCU membership number OR club name
this is to help YFCU HQ verify your membership
3. Enter the name of the person you will be sharing with
only 1 booking per room is required, both people don’t need to fill in the form
4. Fill in the rest of the form and click submit
5. The form will then be sent to Travel Solutions who will liaise with YFCU HQ to verify names
6. Once confirmed, you will then be emailed details for deposits and payment
be sure to keep an eye on your emails for info
​7. Confirm how you want to pay and share contact details of the other person in your room so they can receive payment details too
​8. Once the deposit is paid, your space is confirmed deposits are non-refundable
​9. A waitlist will be created when all rooms are sold for any spaces that may become available
